How does meeting and media detection work?

It checks for active audio sessions locally on your Mac. No microphone access, no recording.

What information leaves my Mac?

Can I pause, skip, or end a break?

Yes. Configurable enforcement lets you choose how strict or lenient breaks are.

Can I transfer my license to another Mac?

Yes. Deactivate your current device from the app, then activate on the new one.

Does TouchGrass collect my data?

No. Break activity, typing patterns, and statistics all stay on your Mac locally.

Does it work offline?
