Transfer your TouchGrass license to another Mac

Deactivate TouchGrass on your old Mac first, then use the same license to activate it on your new Mac.

Complete the transfer by December 31, 2026

License deactivation and activation require the TouchGrass licensing servers. Those servers will shut down on December 31, 2026. If you are keeping TouchGrass on its current Mac, no action is needed. The activated license will continue working there without an expiration.

Deactivate the license on your old Mac

Open TouchGrass, go to Settings, select About, then click Deactivate this license. Do this before uninstalling TouchGrass, erasing the Mac, or giving the Mac to someone else.

Install TouchGrass on your new Mac

Download TouchGrass from this site, then install and open the app on your new Mac.

Activate it with the same license

In TouchGrass, go to Settings, select About, and activate the app using the same license you used on your old Mac.

Keep both Macs connected to the internet while deactivating and activating the license. Once activated on the new Mac, TouchGrass will continue working there after the servers shut down.
